In a life-threatening emergency, please always dial 9-1-1

If you require after-hours assistance for a property emergency (a property emergency is defined as a threat to property), please call either 800-371-5598 or 510-683-8614 and follow the prompts to page the manager on-call.

Leave a message in the emergency mailbox, and be sure to include your name and telephone number.  Once you hang up the Manager on-call is paged immediately and will call you promptly back. 

Please restrict your use of this system to emergencies.

Parking, towing, escrow, cable or satellite dishes and questions regarding assessment accounts are not considered emergencies and should be handled during regular business hours.
